The Jerusalem District Court has approved Attorney Shai Bar-Nir from our office’s insolvency department and Avi Kaminski, trustees of Israel Water Purification company, to sell its activity and additional holdings in China and the United States to a Spanish company for at least 7 million dollars. The company’s trustees sought approval for a sale agreement formulated even before the application was submitted to the court with the buyer – MAT Investment Holding
