Av-Gad Company Negotiates with Phoenix for an Investment of Up to 400 Million Shekels in the Company
Attorney Udi Efron represents Av-Gad, a company specializing in urban renewal projects, in negotiations with Phoenix. According to the announcement, Phoenix will provide Av-Gad with an investment framework of around 250 million shekels for a duration of 4 years, with an option to increase the framework to 400 million shekels. The investment will be made into Av-Gad’s various project capitals. Phoenix will invest between 60% to 75% of the required project capital in each relevant project. In return, Phoenix will receive between 30% to 37.5% from each project according to the invested amount.
