Orly is a partner in the M&A and International Transactions Department, where she specializes in international commercial law and advises international companies on various commercial aspects of Internet, Gaming, and E-commerce. Orly represents companies both in Israel and abroad in a variety of areas, including ongoing consultancy, investment agreements, representation of software providers and online operators (B2B and B2C), mergers and acquisitions, representation of payment processing companies, managing engagements with content providers worldwide, game development studios, branding agreements, licenses, and software development agreements.
Orly began her career as an intern in the firm’s commercial litigation department in 2014, and later as an attorney in this department. After moving to England, she gained extensive experience as legal counsel at a leading software company in London in the Gaming sector, where she managed significant projects and deepened her understanding of the industry. In 2023, upon her return to Israel, Orly joined the international commercial department at Firon, as part of the Gaming team. In 2025, Orly was appointed as a partner in the firm.
