Bar Ben Zaken

Bar Ben Zaken is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department.

Bar joined the firm in 2021.

Prior to joining the firm, she completed her internship in the Labor Law Department of a leading commercial firm, and subsequently worked as an attorney in the fields of Real Estate, Labor law, and Family Law.
During her studies, she participated in a clinic for at-risk youth and attended a summer course in Madrid.

The legal team of the Real Estate Financing Department offers deep knowledge and vast experience in representing and providing complete and comprehensive advise in relation to all aspects of financing deals, both on behalf of the financing entity and on behalf of the entrepreneurial developer in his engagement with the financier.

The lawyers of the Department have acquired extensive experience in both the real estate aspects of project financing and the financial aspects of providing funding, and can therefore offer its clients extensive and thorough insight, while supporting precise formulations and supplying diverse solutions. In addition, the team specializes in providing advise on areas within the capital market, in connection with the issuance of bonds relating to projects’ assets in the form of dedicated trust deeds.
