Aviv Arlon has recently closed the sale of a shopping mall in Serbia to Big for 23.7 million Euro. The Corona pandemic further complicated the closing process, which involved 6 jurisdictions: Romania; Serbia; Austria; the Netherlands; Cyprus and Israel.
The deal was finally closed by using various remote technological tools.
