Our firm represented the Kisu Group and its founders in the sale of 50% of its holdings in the leading restaurant chain to a group of senior investors from the business community.
The deal, valued at hundreds of millions of shekels, is a strategic move by the group ahead of a planned IPO on the stock exchange within 18 months.
Currently, the Kisu Group operates nine restaurants across the country and is expected to expand to additional areas – primarily in central and southern Israel.
The deal was led on behalf of our firm by Adv. Hila Rosen-Glickstein and Adv. Shirley Dahan, partners in the firm’s Commercial Department.
