Jacob David advises real estate developers in various transactions, as well as in vacate-and-build and TAMA 38 projects. His services span every step of the project, from negotiating the eviction of tenants to delivering their new apartments to them and selling the developer’s apartments to purchasers.
In addition, Jacob David specializes in financing real estate projects and transactions. He is also an expert on real estate taxation, and renders comprehensive advice to commercial clients on their ongoing business operations.
Jacob David joined the firm in 2020.
The legal team of the Real Estate, Infrastructure and Project Financing Department has acquired vast experience and extensive expertise in all legal aspects of real estate projects through the provision of support to entrepreneurs and property owners for residential real estate projects, and handling complex income-producing real estate projects, as well as all facets of real estate financing including dealing with financing entities, land taxation, and representing the financial bodies providing real estate financing, managing urban renewal projects, planning and building, buyers groups, multi-ownership of properties and land in settlement proceedings, etc.
