Migdal Acquires 33% of a Logistics Company for NIS 136 Million
Adv. Gili Riezel and Sarit Moussayoff represent Migdal in this transaction, where the insurance company will invest in Nadav B. Logistics and hold a 33% stake in the company controlled by Nadav Be’alelah. With this acquisition, Migdal joins Menorah Insurance, which invested in the same company a year ago.
