The legal team focusing on urban renewal specializes in both TAMA 38 and evacuation and construction projects. The team provides legal services during all stages of planning and implementation of urban renewal projects, starting from the initial phase of contracting with apartment owners and preliminary inspections for the purpose of assessing the feasibility of the project and continuing through the planning stages – both when promoting urban building plans and consolidation & division plans, as well as during the registration and issuance of building permits, financing and bank-related support, contracting agreements, support during construction phases, apartment sales, delivery to the owners and registration in the Land Registry.
