Gili Riesel

Ms. Riesel is a partner at M. Firon & Co. in the firm’s real estate, infrastructures, and project finance Department.

Ms. Riesel has extensive experience built over the past two decades in the counsel and representation of leading companies and developers in the Israeli real estate market and institutional entities in large and complex purchases and sales as well as in providing ongoing advice and support for employment/office and commerce projects.

Ms. Riesel’s specialties include putting together a variety of real estate deals: drafting combination agreements, rental agreements, urban renewal agreements, large-scale purchases and sales of income-producing properties, including shopping mall development projects – from the purchase of the land for construction, by way of the project licensing and construction stages, and up through the project’s marketing and management. Her legal services include representation and conducting due diligence, drafting loan/financing agreements with financing banks, addressing real estate tax issues, and regular ongoing support and consultation.

Ms. Riesel’s legal expertise and professionalism are accompanied by her rich practical experience dealing with all manner of issues that arise during the life of a project and her ability to bring deals and projects to the finish line.

Additionally, together with Ron Bar-Nir, Ms. Riesel manages the Firon-Bar-Nir firm’s real estate practice in Greece.

Ms. Riesel’s clients include leading insurance companies, real estate developers, contractors, and private landowners.
