The seminar will cover the preliminary stages before a tender-offer is submitted, case law regarding tender guarantees and in particular the digital guarantee, how to overcome tender flaws, how to challenge a tender and the tender committee’s discretion, highlights with regard to infrastructure and construction tenders, case studies, and more.
