Congrats to Ashtrom which completed the construction of the new courthouse in Bat Yam. The courthouse was inaugurated this week in the presence of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, the Minister of Justice and the Mayor of Bat Yam.
The PPP project comprised the erection of the building (65 courtrooms over 9 floors) and was financed by Migdal. The operation and maintenance phase of the project will be carried out over the next 20 years.
The project was handled by Advocates Tami Firon – Smorodinsky, head of our real estate, infrastructure and project finance department, and Timor Pesso, a partner in our infrastructure department.
