Separate planning and separate development
Many outline plans are not realized even years after being approved. Adv. Dr. Kais Nasser, a partner at our firm, recommends that a government authority or project manager be appointed to coordinate the planning process and its implementation, to bring all parties together, improve their work, and ensure that the planning and implementation is carried out at a reasonable speed.
