After the arbitrator’s decision is set a side – The court ruled in favor of Menora Mivtachim

After nearly a decade of back-and-forth claims, the Court has ruled in favour of the insurance company, Menora Mivtachim, in its dispute with, Orit and Daniel Moscovitz, retired insurance brokers. This ruling is handed down six years after an affiliation between the arbitrator and the claimant’s father came to light.
