The stay of proceedings order for Lusix has been extended until the end of September.
The District Court has appointed Attorney Shai Bar-Nir, a partner in our Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Department, as the debt arrangement administrator for the diamond company Lusix, owned by Benny Landa, and has approved the stay of proceedings order submitted at Attorney Bar-Nir’s request until the end of the month.
Attorney Bar-Nir will work to achieve a debt settlement for the company, whose debts exceed 100 million shekels, or will attempt to find a buyer for the company, either in parts or in full. The Insolvency Commissioner and the company’s creditor banks supported the request.
