Rona Zamshteigman started as an articled intern in 2008 in the Epstein, Chomski, Osnat & Co. law firm, where she continued her career as an associate. In 2016, her firm merged with M. Firon & Co., and in 2017, Ms. Zamshteigman was appointed to the position of partner in the firm.

Ms. Zamshteigman is particularly experienced in handling international disputes for both foreign and local clients, and her experience is built on extensive appearances before every level of the courts of Israel, including the Supreme Court, as well as arbitration and mediation. Ms. Zamshteigman is a certified mediator and is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), where she also took part in the Young Leaders for Peace Project in collaboration with the CEELI Institute in Prague.

Ms. Zamshteigman has represented, among others, an international conglomerate in a derivative lawsuit and additional monetary lawsuits relating to building a private power plant in Israel, where the total claim was more than NIS 1 billion; a leading car import company in a class action worth tens of millions of shekels; a multinational company in a contract dispute with another multinational company arising from cyber fraud; and leading companies that are part of multinational corporations in all facets of litigation relating to their regular airport operations.
