The Price-Fixing Case: The Charges Against Diplomat Were Dropped
Our Antitrust Department team represented Diplomat and its executives during a complex criminal investigation conducted by the Israeli Competition Authority. This unprecedented investigation focused on the company’s financial reports, alongside a broader inquiry involving numerous entities in the food sector.
We are pleased that the Competition Authority concluded that no wrongdoing was found in the company’s conduct and decided to close the case due to lack of guilt.
Diplomat was represented by Adv. Mazor Matzkevich, Partner and Head of our Antitrust Department, and Adv. Inbal Rosenblum Brand.
