Lior was admitted to the bar in 2013.
Lior specializes in the fields of Cross Border Transactions and Trade, Mergers and
Acquisitions and Financing.
Lior represents companies in Israel and abroad in all their commercial activities.
His fields of expertise include, inter alia, mergers and acquisitions, complex
sales transactions, investment and loan agreements and international commercial
agreements of all kinds.
Dana Cohen – from our Labor Law Department.
Dana was admitted to the bar in 2013.
Dana routinely provides ongoing consultation to private, as well as public, entities
and oversees various litigation cases in labor courts.
Dana has considerable experience in complex, high-profile cases, including procedures
regarding the termination of employment of senior managers and employees, both
in the public and private sectors.
Dana also has special expertise in sexual harassment procedures, both in the early stages
of investigating the complaint as well as in labor courts.
Dana is familiar with the Department of Salary and Employment Agreements at the
Ministry of Finance, as well as with procedures in-front of the State
Comptroller regarding complaints by “whistleblowers”.
Mahran Rinawi – from our Real estate, infrastructure and project finance department.
Mahran was admitted to the bar in 2013.
Mahran advises real estate developers in various transactions, as well as in eviction-construction and TAMA 38 projects. His services span every step of the project, from negotiating the eviction of tenants to delivering their new apartments to them and selling the developer’s apartments to purchasers.
Nimrod Saville – from our Litigation department.
Nimrod was admitted to the bar in 2013.
Nimrod has experience in representing clients in large-scale cases before the various courts in Israel and in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Nimrod represents public and private commercial corporations, as well as leading businessmen to whom Nimrod provides ongoing legal advice, including preparation for litigation proceedings.
Nimrod is well experienced in representing the firm’s clients the in matters regarding, inter alia, infrastructure, telecoms, real estate, BOT/PPP tenders and in a wide range of mattes such as corporate law, contracts, construction and others.
Nimrod participated in a student’s exchange program and spent a semester at Georgetown University Law Center. In addition, Nimrod has been involved in various volunteer activities, including his work with ‘Brera Center’ and ‘Paamonim Project’.
Maya Shachnai Tsintsadze – from our Corporate and Commercial department.
Maya was admitted to the Israel bar association in 2011 and to the Georgian Bar Association in 2003.
Maya specializes in commercial law, corporate law, in consulting and accompanying real estate transactions including real estate taxation and inheritance law.
In addition to her commercial and real estate practice, Maya has extensive experience in all aspects of Immigration Law including, inter alia, obtaining work permits and visas for foreign experts, businessmen, granting residence permits of all types and dealing with the various aspects of the immigration process to Israel in obtaining status at the Population and Immigration Authority, the Ministry of the Interior, assisting and providing support on immigration, Aliyah, conversion, citizenship and relocation processes, filing appeals and administrative petitions, accompaniment in the paternity claim processes, on humanitarian committees and in the nursing sector.
Maya also represents individuals, companies and investors in transactions and ventures in Georgia.
Nowadays, Maya is a Board Member and Legal Advisor to the Israel-Georgia Chamber of Commerce (IGCC).
Ofir Shomrat – from our Capital Markets: Investments, Institutional & Financial Service Providers department.
Ofir was admitted to the bar in 2012.
Ofir specializes in representing mutual fund managers in their day-to-day activities and managing mutual funds, including in regulatory processes, and in this context represents leading investment houses in Israel and the Association of Mutual Fund Managers.
Ofir also heads the professional field in the department.
Dekel Vayzer – from our Litigation department.
Dekel was admitted to the bar in 2005.
Dekel consults and represents clients in complex civil and commercial conflicts. His extensive expertise includes complex infrastructure and engineering projects and construction-related litigation, building defects, shareholder and control-related disputes, including securities related class and derivative actions, generational wealth management, and city planning and taxes.
Dekel took an important part in drafting the class action reform, in his capacity as co-chair of the Class and Derivative Actions Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
Elen Yosef – from our Corporate and Commercial department.
Elen was admitted to the bar in 2010.
