52 class actions were recently launched against various hotels for failure to properly feature, on their websites, the accessibility measures employed by the hotels.

Advocates Ronit Sutton-Salkind and Lior Shlomo have submitted a motion to the Supreme Court asking to unite the proceeding in such
class actions, arguing forum shopping and a bad faith choice to file the claims separately.
