A PRECEDENT RULING: THE LABOR COURT DECIDED NOT TO OVERRULE AN EMPLOYER’S DECISION TO FIRE AN EMPLOYEE THAT REFUSED TO PASS A COVID TEST OR BE VACCINATED

The discussion over Covid vaccinations reaches the Labor Court: the Court decided not to overrule an employer’s decision to fire an employee that refused to pass a Covid test or be vaccinated, as a condition to continue his employment at a popular Country Club in Tel Aviv, which is considered as a “green tab” center.

The employer, a group of cultural and educational organizations that operates the Country Club, was represented by Advocates Tamar Golan and Dana Cohen from our firm.
