The investment house Sigma Clarity Investment House and Carmel Credit have signed an agreement to acquire Psagot Securities from the publicly traded Psagot Investments and Finance Group, with the transaction valued at approximately 73.5 million shekels.
Psagot Securities operates in brokerage, among other areas, and also holds a stock exchange member license. The transaction also includes the rights to use the trademarks associated with “Psagot.”
The company’s activities generate annual revenue estimated at around 100 million shekels.
