Ohad Jarach is a partner in the firm’s Administrative Law, Tenders and Regulation Department.
Ohad Jarach’s practice spans many areas of commercial and civil law and is reflected in the hundreds of files that he has conducted over the years. During that time, Ohad Jarach has developed unique legal expertise in all aspects of constitutional and administrative law, with an emphasis on tenders law, planning and building, freedom of information, and municipal issues including municipal taxation.

Ohad Jarach’s practice spans many areas of commercial and civil law and is reflected in the hundreds of files that he has conducted over the years. During that time, Ohad Jarach has developed unique legal expertise in all aspects of constitutional and administrative law, with an emphasis on tenders law, planning and building, freedom of information, and municipal issues including municipal taxation.
These specializations have not prevented him from acquiring broad experience in commercial litigation proceedings especially in disputes among company shareholders, partners, and members of various NGOs.
Ohad Jarach’s experience stems from thousands of hours of appearances before a range of courts and legal bodies including the Supreme Court, arbitration proceedings, and various appeals committees.
Ohad Jarach is known as an indomitable litigator, familiar with many areas of the law and someone who maintains a broad perspective of legal disputes and has a great ability to express, formulate and control the appropriate ways to make headway on sensitive issues and find creative solutions to the full satisfaction of clients, for whom he is always accessible and attentive.
Over the years, he has represented many, diverse clients including local authorities, mayors and council members, government authorities and other state-controlled bodies, and some of the largest companies in the Israeli economy, in a diverse range of procedures before a variety of courts
and legal bodies – including, professional appeal committees, arbitration and mediation proceedings, and the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts.
Ohad’s major and extensive experience in many fields as well as his total accessibility to clients and their needs, his high capabilities in framing arguments, both written and oral, and his skill in ‘reading’ the court’s opinion and applying procedures for the benefit of the client, make Ohad Jarach the preferred and recommended lawyer of his many clients.
In 2002 Ohad Jarach joined Firon Law Firm as a Pre-Intern, continuing as an Intern and Associate and in 2011 became a Partner.
