Idan Ginzburg is an associate in the firm’s Capital Markets: Investments, Institutionals & Financial Service Providers Department.

Idan provides ongoing legal services in the department’s fields of expertise. In this framework, Idan represents provident fund managers on an ongoing basis, advising them, inter alia, on regulation matters, and represents leading investment firms.

Idan joined the firm in 2018.

The Capital Markets: Investment Houses, Institutionals and Financial Service Providers wing which is part of the Commercial Department provides guidance, advice and support to investment houses in regard to all their activities (fund managers, portfolio managers, investment consultants), handles financial mediation (brokers, financial planners, family offices, hedge funds), supports financial service providers (credit providers and financial asset service providers), payment platforms, digital wallets and crypto trading, blockchain and smart contracts, institutional entities in capital markets, Fintech and investment funds (including PE, VC and hedge funds) while providing constant advise and consultancy to all relevant and active professional associations and regulators, which determine the market behavior on a regular basis. The legal team also appears regularly before Government Ministries and Knesset committees.
