Generation Capital Ltd., which focuses on investments in infrastructure and energy,electricity, natural gas, transportation, environment, water, etc.) has signed an agreement to buy GES (from the Azrieli group) which operates in the field of desalination, water, and wastewater treatment, for NIS 110 Million. The closing, which is still subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions precedent, is expected within several months.
Generation Capital Ltd. Fund was represented by Advocates Udi Efron, head of our capital markets: corporate and securities department, Tami Firon, head of our real estate, infrastructure and project finance department, Yoav Kramer, a partner in our corporate and commercial department and Adi Geron.
