Jeen.ai has announced the successful completion of its merger with Micronet, including the allocation of shares, following the fulfilment of all closing conditions. The merged company is valued at approximately NIS 80 million.
With the merger finalized, Jeen.ai becomes the first artificial intelligence company to be traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange—a significant milestone for both the Israeli capital market and the rapidly growing local tech industry. In addition, Jeen.ai will be the youngest company ever listed on the Israeli stock exchange, having been founded in July 2024.
