We are delighted and excited to introduce two new partners joining Firon Law Firm’s team.

Orly Rechister began her journey in 2014 as an intern and later an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. After relocating to London, she spent several years working as an in-house counsel for a leading international software company in the gaming industry. She returned to Israel in 2023, joining Firon’s M&A and International Transactions Department as part of the gaming team. After a year as an associate, she has now been promoted to partner.

Avinoam Segal-Elad joins us as a partner in the Public Law, Regulation, and Crisis Management Department, headed by Raz Nizri. Segal-Elad started his legal career as a litigator in the High Court of Justice Department at the State Attorney’s Office, representing the State in hundreds of petitions over more than a decade. He gained extensive expertise in administrative and constitutional law, with significant experience in litigation before the Supreme Court. He is deeply familiar with various aspects of public and constitutional law and has extensive experience working on regulatory matters with all government ministries.
