Migdal Insurance and Finance is entering into a partnership with Azorim Living, a subsidiary of the Azorim Group specializing in long-term rentals, in a long-term rental project at Pat Junction, Jerusalem.
As part of the agreement, Migdal will acquire 49% of the land rights for approximately NIS 143 million. The agreements include joint development, management, and leasing of the project, alongside obtaining extensive financing.
Migdal was represented in the transaction by Adv. Gili Riezel and Ronen Maor, partners in our firm’s Real Estate Department, Adv. David Yaacobi, partner in the M&A and International Transactions Department, and Lior Dreamer-Yogev and Bar Ben-Zaken, attorneys in the Real Estate Department.
