JTLV Investments and Orshar merge their joint operational assets activity with Shemen Industries, by acquiring 44% of Shemen, a publicly-traded company and one of the oldest players in this field in Israel. Once the merger is completed, Shemen will become the operational assets arm in the fields of logistics, industry and storage, for all three entities.
