Legal Counsel to Natoon Group in the Sale of Controlling Stake to Brand Group in a Deal Valued at Approximately NIS 76 Million
We are proud to have provided legal counsel to Natoon Group in the signing of an agreement for the sale of approximately 60% of its shares to Brand Group, in a transaction valued at approximately NIS 76 million. As part of the agreement, the purchaser was granted an option to increase its holding to 100% within approximately two years.
Natoon is one of Israel’s leading companies in the management, operation, and maintenance of buildings, operating under the IFM (Integrated Facility Management) model. The company integrates a wide range of services under one roof, including management, maintenance, cleaning, security, and fire detection. Natoon currently manages over 5 million square meters of built space and employs approximately 2,700 people across the country.
As part of the transaction, it was agreed that Natoon’s senior management will continue to lead the company’s growth.
Natoon Group was represented in the transaction by Adv. Udi Efron, Partner, Vice Chairman of the Firm, and Head of the Corporate and Securities Department, and Adv. Hila Rosen-Glickstein, Partner in the Commercial Department.
