Clal Insurance to Invest NIS 250 Million in Bonei Hatichon
Last week, our firm represented Bonei Hatichon Group in a complex transaction with Clal Insurance Company involving the sale of a portion of Bonei Hatichon’s holdings in five urban renewal projects, as well as the provision of senior equity capital amounting to approximately 24% additional stakes in the projects.
Under the agreement, Clal Insurance will invest 49% of the required equity for each project. The total transaction value is estimated at approximately NIS 250 million.
The transaction was led by Adv. Udi Efron, Deputy Chairman of the firm and Head of the Capital Markets: Corporate and Securities Department, alongside Adv. Sarit Moussayoff , Partner in the department.
