The Bar family, controlling shareholders of Tempo, acquired 30% of Bareli Group for over NIS 300 million
As part of the signed transaction, the Bar family, will acquire 30% of the shares in Barel Group, valued at over NIS 300 million, with an option to increase their stake to 50%.
