Av-Gad Holdings, a company specializing in residential development and construction in the urban renewal sector, has signed a partnership agreement with Radco for an urban renewal project in the Bavli neighborhood of Tel Aviv. The partners anticipate receiving the building permit for the project in the coming weeks.
As part of the project, two existing buildings — each currently comprising 16 apartments, for a total of 32 units — are slated for demolition. In their place, the partners plan to construct two new 8-story buildings, offering a total of 58 new residential units.
