Psagot Group sells its asset management business and in a separate transaction sells some of its mutual funds business for an accumulative consideration of approximately NIS 310 million.
Advocates Jacob Enoch, Oded Ofek, David Ya’acobi and Lihi Bachar from our Firm, recently represented Psagot Group in two transactions: the sale of its asset management business and in the sale of some of its mutual funds to companies in the Excellence Group for an overall consideration of approximately NIS 310 million.
The purpose of this transactions is to make sure Psagot Group continues to be an efficient and dynamic investment house that adjusts to market changes, by significantly reducing the company’s leveraged finance, and focusing on streamlining the Group’s operations, on development of products and services with a high growth potential.
