As part of its expansion program, the investment house Excellence acquires Epsilon for approx. NIS 100 million
A complex transaction in which Epsilon Investment House, which manages financial assets worth billions of NIS, was sold to Excellence Investment House, managing tens of billions of NIS worth of financial assets, simultaneously with a transaction in which all of Discount Investment Corporation’s holdings in Epsilon were purchased for the purpose of the sale to Excellence.
