A class action application against the College of Management was denied
Last week, the National Labor Court rejected a class action lawsuit against the College of Management Academic Studies, in which it was alleged that the salaries and vacation days of teaching assistants had been impaired. The National Court thereby reversed a decision by the District Court which had approved the class action application.
The College of Management was represented by Advocates Galit Golan Rotem and Shani Marom.
