Ravit Koren-Perry is a partner in the firm’s Litigation, Class Actions, and Accessibility Department.
She specializes in handling class actions across a broad range of fields and has significant experience managing complex disputes in the District Courts and the Supreme Court at all stages of proceedings.

Ravit has particular expertise in representing defendants in class actions concerning various topics, including consumer protection, equal rights, and securities law. She has developed a unique specialization in the insurance sector, addressing a wide range of legal issues in both class actions and administrative proceedings. Her clients include some of Israel’s largest insurance companies, retail corporations, and airlines from across the Israeli economy, including statutory corporations.

Ravit has extensive experience representing insurance companies in complex class actions in the fields of long-term care and health insurance, including matters involving equal rights for people with disabilities. She also represents insurers in class actions related to property and compulsory motor insurance, as well as in audits and hearings before the Commissioner of the Capital Market, Insurance, and Savings Authority at the Ministry of Finance, including proceedings before the High Court of Justice and administrative courts. Additionally, she represents clients in securities-related class actions and advises large retail companies (including government-owned corporations) in consumer class actions, particularly those involving accessibility and equal rights for people with disabilities.

Ravit also advises the firm’s clients—major corporations and entities—on all aspects of privacy protection. Her work includes drafting privacy policies, assisting with the registration of databases, preparing legal opinions on the application of Israeli privacy law across various sectors, and guiding companies in preparation for Amendment No. 13 to the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.

In the field of privacy-related litigation, Ravit has specific expertise in defending against class action lawsuits, including opposing motions for class action certification and responding to pre-litigation demands.
