Nir joined the firm in 2020.
The legal team specializing in projects relating to energy, infrastructure and project financing, routinely supports projects in areas such as infrastructure, energy and renewable energy, transportation, water, desalination, gas and more. The team acquired specific expertise in franchise projects (BOT and PPP). The legal support provided covers all phases of the project, including public tenders, drafting infrastructure agreements between the parties (EPC and O&M agreements), project financing and financial closure, settling disputes which arise during the project, as well as preparing agreements with subcontractors. The team also possesses significant experience in handling power purchasing agreements (PPA), providing ongoing consultancy and support for clients in dealing with the relevant regulators (such as the Israel Electricity Authority, Noga, the Israel Land Authority and relevant government ministries).
