The Hadera Local Planning and Building Committee has approved the first building permit for the “Sela Beitar” urban renewal project
The project, spearheaded by Dan Nadlan, Rotshtein, and the Farkash Group, will be carried out in stages. The first stage includes demolishing 197 existing apartments and building 627 new ones. The development will also feature public buildings, thousands of square meters of commercial and office space, and is expected to transform the city, creating new opportunities for its residents.
The building permit was granted following a swift and professional process, achieved through collaboration among all involved parties, serving as a model for advancing similar projects in the future.
Our firm represented the development groups, with Adv. Gilad Lipschitz, a partner in our Real Estate Department, and Adv. Orel Elimelech leading the legal team.
