Shponder & Fadlon Group joins Av Gad holdings in an urban renewal project
Significant boost to the large urban renewal project in Tel Mond by Av-Gad.
The board of directors of Av-Gad Holdings approved this week the agreement under which the company Shponder Fadalon will join the project as a partner. As part of the deal, Shponder Fadalon will invest 39 million shekels in exchange for 49% of the shares in the project company Av-Gad in the Moshava and will become a partner in the project. The consideration reflects a project value of approximately 80 million shekels.
The transaction is being accompanied by Attorney Yomi Nachman, a partner in the Urban Renewal Department at Firon.
