The court limits class-action lawsuits regarding website accessibility

In a recent court decision, the court limits class-action lawsuits regarding accessibility. The District Court ruled that the plaintiffs are required to first approach the business owner to allow them an opportunity to rectify the violation before filling a class action. Advs. Ronit Sutton-Salkind and Shay Mamat represented some of the defendants in this significant ruling.
