The Chairman of the Planning and Building Committee in Petah Tikva Municipality Returns to Office

Attorneys Raz Nizri and Nadim Aboud represented the Chairman of the Planning and Building Committee after the Legal Advisor of the Petah Tikva Municipality disqualified him from serving in the role. Following their intervention and legal arguments, it was determined that there was no impediment to his return to office, and he has resumed his position.
