A building permit was approved for Av-Gad for a construction project in western Holon
Av-Gad Holdings Ltd., a group engaged in residential development and construction with a focus on the urban renewal market, received this week a building permit valid for three years for the implementation of a TAMA 38/2 demolition and reconstruction project on HaGeonim Street in western Holon.
As part of the project—scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2028—the company will demolish two four-story buildings comprising a total of 32 residential units. In their place, Av-Gad will construct two new 11-story buildings, which will include a total of 90 residential units.
