415 million NIS in fines have been imposed for building violations since the approval of the Kaminitz Law

Data from the Land Enforcement Authority, revealed following a Freedom of Information request submitted by adv. Dr. Kais Nasser, shows that since December 2018, fines totaling more than 415 million shekels have been imposed for illegal construction and unauthorized uses. According to adv. Nasser’s estimate, no less than 70% of these fines were imposed in the Arab sector. Please see in the following article: here
