Peamit Group is acquiring Zohar Dalia, based in Kibbutz Dalia, through its subsidiary, Kamart
The Peamit Group has acquired Zohar Dalia, a company based in Kibbutz Dalia that specializes in the production of cleaning agents and detergents. The acquisition will be carried out through Kamart, a company in which Peamit acquired a 51% controlling interest several weeks ago. The combined transaction for the acquisition of both companies was made for a total consideration of 50 million shekels.
