You are invited to a special WEBINAR – “What’s going on in the world of non-banking credit?”

This special WEBINAR is intended for ACC members and will be held on September 11, 2022, in a collaboration between our firm and the ACC’s Capital Market Forum. The WEBINAR will be chaired by Lori Disatnik, legal consultant at Leumi Partners, and under the guidance of Adv. Oded Ofek, a partner in our firm and head of the Capital Market Department dealing with investment houses, institutions and financial service providers and Adv. Michal Edri, legal counsel and compliance officer in the world of non-bank credit

 The WEBINAR will address the issues involved in non-bank credit and analyze the field of compliance, enforcement and risk management at companies which are licensed to grant credit, including: regulatory changes that have recently come into force, the Unet Credit case and the backdrop and lessons learned from these events, including the new disclosure directives instituted in consequence, insights into compliance, supervision, enforcement and next-day risk management and the challenges facing the legal advisors who deal with non-bank credit providers or those who work with them.
