Call for Suggestions:
The CEO of the Ministry of the Interior has recently announced the Ministry’s intention to promote a legal initiative to further discount municipal taxes due to the second wave of the Corona epidemic in Israel and the renewed restrictive measures applied to the economy as a result.
We intend to send the Ministry of the Interior a position paper setting out our comments and recommendations regarding the criteria for receiving the discount, the way it would be received and the types of businesses which would not be eligible therefor.
We would appreciate any suggestions for changes and improvements from our clients, based on their “first wave” experience.

claims against municipalities, please CLICK HERE
