Firon Bar-Nir assists Tefron (worldwide lead manufacturer of seamless apparel and activewear, well known and active in North America, Middle East and Asia) in entering the European market by acquiring Adesgo`s seamless apparel business.
Our team, led by our Senior Managing Partner Ron Bar-Nir together with Itzik Blau Tefron Group’s legal counsel, a partner in our office in Tel-Aviv, helped Tefron in establishing a manufacturing facility in Europe by accompanying the entire aspects of the acquisition of Adesgo`s seamless apparel business (machines, employees, clients, providers etc.).
