The Psagot Group is acquiring 100% of the shares of R.G.A Cleaning Services and the financing activities of its subsidiary, Rogon Assets

The Psagot Group has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of R.G.A Cleaning Services and the financing activities of its subsidiary, Rogon Assets.

In exchange for the shares and activities, Psagot will pay approximately NIS 61.5 million, with an additional NIS 20 million contingent on meeting profit targets for 2025 and 2026.

R.G.A specializes in providing solutions and services in cleaning, waste removal, and garbage collection for municipal authorities and government entities.
