Mr. Ehud Barak will pay NIS 20K to “Haaretz” photographer Tomer Appelbaum

Former Prime Minister Ehud Barak has published, without permission or credit, prize winning photos taken by Haaretz photographer Tomer Appbelbaum, including a photo taken at the rally against former Prime Minister Netanyahu in Kikar Rabin, Tel Aviv.

Appelbaum, represented by Adv. Yossi Appel from our firm, has claimed for copyright infringement.

Recently, in mediation proceedings, the parties have reached a settlement according to which Barak will pay our client NIS 20K.
