Harel and Amitim have acquired a 44% stake in Sunlight’s energy projects partnership
Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd. has announced the signing of an agreement to sell a 44% stake in the “Sunlight” energy projects partnership in Israel to Harel and Amitim, with a total investment of $50 million. The agreement includes an initial investment of $45 million, with an additional $5 million contingent on certain conditions.
Harel and Amitim were represented in the transaction by Adv. Timor Pesso, Partner and Head of Infrastructure and Project Finance.
